Submitting the form does not automatically reserve the rental. The booking team will reach out and confirm booking or if they have any questions.

No. The booking form is a request only.Your rental is reserved after Event Foundry approves the request and receives the required payment, signed Rental Agreement, signed Liability Waiver, complete event information, and written confirmation.

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends, holidays, and popular wedding dates.Last-minute requests may be accepted depending on rental availability, delivery schedules, staffing, and event location.
